Matt Davis has lived in Wilmington since the 1980's. He attended Pender Academy and graduated from Topsail High School. Matt began working in the fence industry in 1992 alongside his dad, Clip Davis, who was the owner of Seegars Fence Company of Wilmington. When his dad retired in 2010, Matt opened Davis Fence. With over three decades of fence experience, Matt has been involved in every aspect of the fence business and can handle any and all your fencing needs.
Mitch Garner
Job Superintendent
Mitch Garner is a Wilmington native and graduate of West Brunswick High School. He has been with Davis Fence since 2010 and has spent many years in the construction industry. Mitch is the project superintendent for Davis Fence, and manages all areas of the fence installation process for both commercial and residential projects. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting and fishing. He is a member of the Elite Fishing Club.
Shane Bullard
Residential Estimator
Shane Bullard is a Wilmington native and 1992 graduate of Laney High School. Before accepting a position at Davis Fence, he worked for 10 years as a Sales Manager for Wilmington Power Sports where he brings with him a strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction. When he’s not providing estimates, he enjoys riding dirt bikes and competing in various Motocross events throughout the state.
Celeste Walker
Office Manager
Celeste, a North Carolina native, moved to Wilmington in 1998. She has been with Davis Fence since 2012 and helps maintain all accounting functions and office tasks. Her favorite fence is the shadow box with the concave design, and gates that close like a dream.
Shelly Tanner
Accountant
Shelly, a North Carolina native, moved to Wilmington in 1996 and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with an Accounting and Finance degree in 1999. She has been with Davis Fence since 2017 and helps maintain all accounting functions and office tasks.
Noni Hauck
Office Assistant
Noni was born and raised in the midwest, coming to Wilmington in 1999. She attended college in Milwaukee, WI at Bryant & Stratton College. She joined Davis Fence in 2019 and helps facilitate all office duties. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
